Terms of use

Last updated 28 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Break the Suspect, on the web and in the app, made by RRDL LIMITED.

The game

Break the Suspect is a work of fiction. Every case, victim, suspect and conversation is invented; any resemblance to real people or events is a coincidence. Suspects' replies and voices are generated by AI, live, and can be wrong, surprising or unpleasant in the way a fictional criminal might be.

Playing fairly

  • Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or to get the AI to produce content that is illegal or targets real people.
  • Don't use the game to harass anyone or to process other people's personal information.

We may limit or end access for anyone who does.

Your content

The questions you ask stay yours. You let us use them to run your game and to improve the cases, as described in the privacy policy.

Availability

We work hard to keep the game running, but it's provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
